Sport Gets Back Up

We’ll continue to let you know what coverage we have coming up on Sky Sport, and we’ll also do our very best to keep you up to speed with what live sport is coming up. 
 
RUGBY UNION
INVESTEC SUPER RUGBY AOTEAROA
Starting June 13, Investec Super Rugby Aotearoa is here and players, coaches and fans are extremely excited. All games are LIVE on Sky Sport and one game a week is delayed and free-to-air on Prime. The competition will see the five NZ Super Rugby clubs, (Blues, Chiefs, Hurricanes, Crusaders and Highlanders) playing each other at home and away over 10 weeks, with two matches every weekend at 5.05pm on Saturdays and 3.05pm on Sundays. All matches will be played in closed stadiums, therefore the fans will have to watch on Sky and Prime. 

MITRE 10 CUP PREMIERSHIP AND CHAMPIONSHIP
A full 14 team Mitre 10 Cup Premiership and Championship competition with kick off on 11 September. 

RUGBY LEAGUE
The NRL officially restarts on May 28 and is one of the first sports competitions to get back up again. Sport starved fans will be highly engaged in watching all of these games and that makes it the perfect advertising environment for your campaign.

• 18 rounds left in the season.
• All games will be played in Australia
• Warriors will be based in Australia for the remainder of this season.
• Grand Final scheduled for October 25, three weeks after the original one was scheduled.
 
STATE OF ORIGIN
1-15 November
The State of Origin competition will be played in the NRL post-season, in the 3 weeks following the grand final.
 
WARRIORS TV
Warriors TV is with the Vodafone Warriors in Tamworth as they prepare for the re-start of the NRL season! Sky Sport 4 and streaming on Sky Sport Now, Thursday, 7pm.  Extra content and highlights also available on Sky Sport Now.

 
NETBALL 
ANZ Premiership Netball starts Friday 19 June and will resume with a 10-week season. Matches will be played Friday to Monday at 7pm with most Sunday’s being a double header at 5pm and 7pm. All matches will be played at the Auckland Netball Centre. Sky Sport will have LIVE coverage of all games.

MOTORSPORT

SUPERCAR CHAMPIONSHIP has confirmed its season will restart on Saturday 27 June with a two-day event in Sydney.

NASCAR season set to return in May with Cup Series competition at Darlington Raceway. Races will take place without fans in the grandstands but all watching on Sky Sport.

TENNIS
NZ TENNIS PREMIER LEAGUE
From June 3rd through to June 18, a bespoke event played at the Albany Tennis Park in Auckland, featuring ranked players from around the world who are in NZ on lockdown. Matches will be played between 6 – 10pm on match days with a 112 matches in total. Big names include, Cameron Norrie, Michael Venus, Ben McLachlan, Artem Sitak, plus loads if NZ Davis Cup representatives.

GOLF
The PGA Tour returns to our screens from June 12.

The TaylorMade Driving Relief event - Monday 18 May, from 6 am, Sky Sport 4. Held at the Seminole Golf Club it will feature a ‘skins’ game between a team of Rory McIlroy and Dustin Johnson going against Rickie Fowler and Matthew Wolff to benefit COVID-19 relief efforts. .

FOOTBALL 
Football is also on its way back – and we’ll be covering the first Bundesliga tournaments live from Germany.
